One-on-one Reiki and life coaching welcome adults of all genders. Reiki is also available to ages 10–17 when a parent or guardian attends.

Reiki
Open to all genders
A quiet, fully clothed session designed to support relaxation, reflection, and reconnection in a calm, private setting.
Clients normally rest on a treatment table while Hailey works primarily with her hands held above the body. Light touch is used only after discussion and explicit consent. A brief conversation is included, and an optional seated check-in may follow the session.

Life Coaching
Open to adults of all genders
Grounded conversation for adults who want to reconnect with themselves, understand recurring patterns, and rediscover purpose.
Sessions may explore boundaries, burnout, relationships, daily habits, personal values, and the questions that arise when life no longer feels aligned. Coaching is available by phone, video, or in person.

The address and arrival details are shared after an in-person appointment is confirmed. Four exterior steps with a handrail lead to the main-floor session space.
Your preferences matter
Share accessibility needs, scent sensitivities, animal allergies, or touch preferences so Hailey can prepare thoughtfully.

Reiki and coaching are wellness services and are not substitutes for medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or therapy.
